Arianna is a pre-licensed clinical social worker with a deep passion for helping individuals navigate emotional and behavioral challenges. Arianna provides a compassionate and supportive environment where children, teens, and adults can develop coping skills, enhance emotional regulation, and build resilience. 

Drawing from evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), play therapy, expressive art therapy, and mindfulness practices, Arianna works collaboratively with children and their families to address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, behavioral concerns, and peer or family-related challenges. 

With a focus on creating a safe, nonjudgmental space for self-expression, Arianna helps individuals build confidence, strengthen their emotional intelligence, and foster positive coping strategies that support their overall well-being. Arianna also partners with parents and caregivers to provide guidance and strategies to support their child’s emotional growth both inside and outside of therapy.
