Kat holds her B.A. from University of Pennsylvania where she is currently pursuing certification in Applied Positive Psychology. She is a candidate for MEd in Mental Health Counseling at Cambridge College and joining Compass of Hope as an Intern Therapist to provide support in harnessing client strengths, cultivating joy, and partnering in positive change.
A focus on holistic well-being combined with working knowledge of the latest research and evidence-based practices in the field of Positive Psychology to leverage client's unique strengths, foster resilience, and cultivate a sense of meaning and purpose. Her approach is collaborative, compassionate and strengths-based to encourage flourishing in all aspects of life. Kat provides a supportive and nonjudgemental space to explore client's challenges, uncover potential, and embark on a path toward greater fulfillment.
