Mindy Glover

Mindy is a Master’s level intern therapist who focuses on a holistic approach to counseling, addressing the interconnection between mind, body, and spirit as a means to foster wellbeing. She believes that everyone has an innate ability to heal and grow, but sometimes life challenges get in the way. She feels her role as counselor is to walk with you on your journey, offering support, insight, and a transparent collaboration to assist you in your process. Mindy takes a client centered approach utilizing various therapeutic techniques to meet the needs of her clients. Mindy has a passion for mindfulness and expressive therapies. She believes creative expression, movement, and connecting with nature can offer opportunities to process emotions and support growth.

Currently enrolled at Lesley University in Master of Arts Clinical Mental Health Counseling: Holistic Studies Program
