Diana Dumais

Hello, my name is Diana Dumais and I'm a pre-licensed counselor. I am currently finishing up a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling through New England College. My approach is Person-Centered and Integrative. My hope is to work in collaboration with my clients to identify areas of struggle and process through them to move forward with renewed confidence and strength. I believe we are all capable of change even when it feels scary or impossible and it's my goal to help my clients get closer to what they feel is their ideal self.

I have experience working with clients with anxiety, depression, relationship trauma, sexual assault, substance use disorders, disordered eating, and PTSD. I am trained in EMDR.
